Lifetime Support

We take immense pride in fostering a lasting connection with you, extending far beyond the moment you welcome a Rottweiler puppy into your home. As conscientious breeders, experienced puppy advisors, and fervent advocates for these beloved companions, we are dedicated to safeguarding the well-being of our puppies. While we acknowledge that we cannot control every aspect of a puppy’s health—given variables such as genetics, exercise, nutrition, and overall care—we remain steadfast in our commitment to providing assistance, even when circumstances exceed our guarantee. While we cannot promise that your Rottweiler will never encounter health challenges, we assure you that we will exhaust every effort to ensure the health of your new family member. – Dr. Brant Hassell

Our Health Guarantee:

While we understand that no puppy can ever replace another, we acknowledge that the companionship of another furry friend can help alleviate the pain. In the rare instance of a Rottweiler puppy’s passing within two years from birth due to genetic factors or the presence of congenital or hereditary disorders that significantly impact its health, we will provide a replacement pet of equal value at no additional cost to you. This replacement will be contingent upon certification of the cause of death by a licensed veterinarian.

In the event of a puppy’s demise due to genetic causes occurring after ten years from birth, we will issue a credit equivalent to 70% of the original purchase price. This credit can be applied towards the acquisition of a replacement puppy of equal value, with the cause of death again requiring certification by a licensed veterinarian. – Dr. Chloe Raftery

Your Role in Ensuring Puppy Health:

We derive immense joy from knowing that we’ve provided you with a healthy, contented Rottweiler puppy. To uphold your puppy’s well-being, we kindly ask for your collaboration in the following ways:

1. Furnish us with a copy of the examination (medical record) within 2 business days of receiving your Rottweiler puppy, administered by a licensed veterinarian.
2. Refrain from vaccinating your puppy within the initial ten days of receiving it, as it will already have received up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations.
3. Ensure the daily healthcare and upkeep of your pet, including adhering to recommended immunizations and check-ups.
4. While we handle deworming and vaccinations until the departure date, continue with proper deworming and regular check-ups up to 9 weeks of age or as advised by your veterinarian. – Dr. Connie Lin

Exceptions to Our Guarantee:

We are unable to assure the disposition, temperament, conformation, size, weight, color, markings, or breeding capability of your new Rottweiler puppy. Replacement puppies will not be provided if breeds known to be susceptible to hip dysplasia are overweight. Failure to administer timely vaccinations or maintain regular veterinary care will render this guarantee void. Furthermore, this guarantee does not encompass expenses related to spaying or neutering, including undetermined tests. – Dr. Dan Teich
